We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation. Bookings are subject to availability. Advance deposits may be required for large group reservations.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are sold and managed via GiftUp and are subject to GiftUp's terms and conditions.

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

Submitting an enquiry via our contact or events form does not constitute a confirmed booking or legally binding agreement. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, subject to availability.
